All the animals you selected will now be available "in" that zoo to compare breeding results with, but still be safely stored in the Trade Center. If you want to check whether two animals are related with the Compare Mates button, but it won't pull up the animals you want to check, you can select all of the individuals you want to check in the Trading tab, and "Send to Zoo," but then just click your Trade Center building to send them to.Of course, you should always be ready to pull out an animal if an introduction goes poorly! (And of course, this only works because it's a game, too.) Examples I've tried include keeping the two species of penguin together, the two tortoises, or chimps and gorillas. Few animals except those in natural competition, or predators, will fight each other. Similar animals, or animals you would naturally find around each other, can often be kept together safely even if they don't gain enrichment from it.Here are just a few of the things I learned along the way: Some animals were more challenging than others to manage while researching, but I can now say I've kept every animal in the game for at least a few in-game years, and found out some handy tips and tricks. And last night, I finally finished researching every animal in the game in my Franchise save! I've been home sick for a long time with some kind of undiagnosed (yet) condition, so I've been spending a lot of time playing Planet Zoo.
