If you signed up with Supernatural, you’ll manage your account through either the Supernatural Companion App for your smartphone, or the website. You can cancel your membership at any time. You’ll need to maintain undivided focus to get into your flow state and conquer the choreography of these workouts. You’ll find a very high number of triangles, turns and targets to keep you challenged. High intensity: These are a beast and require your maximum effort and focus, and will get your heart rate way up.Medium intensity workouts are highly connected with the rhythm of each song, encouraging you to feel the beat as you move. You’ll find more targets, triangles and turns here than low intensity workouts, getting you to activate your full body. Medium intensity: These workouts will give you a good sweat.These workouts are built to have very recognizable patterns, use plenty of tails to guide expressive strikes, give you more time to squat into triangles and have shorter turns. You’ll find less targets here, and they are choreographed to encourage flowing, full-body movements. Low intensity: Perfect for beginners, or if you’re a pro looking for a lighter day.
